International Rough Set Society (IRSS) 2024 Election - 2nd announcement
This is the second announcement of the IRSS 2024 Election. The IRSS still welcomes nominations for the following positions of the 2024 Election:
- Secretary
- Steering Committee (SC) Chair
- Advisory Committee (AB) Chair
- PhD School Chair
Any IRSS Regular or Honorary Member can nominate a candidate for each position of IRSS Secretary, SC Chair, AB Chair and PhD School Chair. The Responsibilities and Requirements of these positions could be found in the Bylaws of the International Rough Set Society, which is available at the IRSS homepage (http://www.roughsets.org/ ).
The nomination form can be found below. Please send your nominations to me at Chris.Cornelis@UGent.be and Łukasz Sosnowski ( Lukasz.Sosnowski@ibspan.waw.pl) before March 15, 2025.
To become a candidate, a nominee must accept the nomination.
Schedule of Election:
February 15: Deadline for nominations of the Vice President position (closed)
March 15: Deadline for receiving nominations for remaining positions
March 17 - 31: Voting
