Special Issue Purpose

Formal concept analysis, rough sets, and three-way decisions are prominent theories and methods for data representation and analysis. They have been applied to data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence as well as many other areas.

This special issue of the International Journal of Approximate Reasoning will provide a forum for scholars studying formal concept analysis, rough sets, and three-way decisions to contribute to theses areas and share their achievements. The editors of this special issue invite authors to submit theoretical and empirical papers on these topics.
